In 2010, Civic Empowerment Index was measured for the forth time. This year more attention was drawn to the Lithuanian youth (15-29 years old), their attitudes and activeness. Research results show that the Lithuanian youth on average has more civic power than the general public (38,9 points compared to 35,5 points out of 100).

The representative survey in 2010 was carried out by the public opinion and market research centre “Vilmorus” and financed by the Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Science and LLC “Euvalda”.
