At the end of 2007, the first Civic Empowerment Index research was carried out by the Civil Society Institute and the public opinion research centre “TNS Gallup”. Its results help answering some of the important questions regarding our society: Do we feel that we can make influence in our state? Are we civically active? What could stimulate our civic activeness and what is suppressing it? We hope that the research data will be useful to civic organizations, political parties and education specialists.
