Civitas public discussion clubs have been active for more than a decade – and now a new discussions’ season is starting. Starting from September, in different Lithuanian towns, discussions on various public issues will be organized together with invited economy, politics, culture experts.

Civitas is a self-education programme for adults (more about it here).
